After collection, we use high-precision transfer methods to implant embryos into carefully selected recipient cows, optimizing pregnancy outcomes and genetic progress for your herd.

In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)

  • Revolutionize your breeding program with cutting-edge IVF solutions. In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) revolutionizes cattle breeding by allowing embryos to be fertilized in a lab and transferred into recipient cows. This process maximizes genetic potential, enabling donor cows to produce multiple embryos per cycle while targeting specific traits like growth and carcass quality. IVF also offers flexibility with options for fresh transfers or frozen embryo storage, making it ideal for genetic improvement and herd expansion.

Recipient Cows

  • Our Recipient Cow Services specialize in providing an unlimited supply of high-quality, docile, and highly maternal females, carefully selected for their ability to raise top-tier seedstock. These cows are screened for diseases such as BVD, Brucellosis, BLV (Leukosis), Neospora, Johne’s, and Anaplasmosis to ensure optimal health and pregnancy outcomes. Recips can be purchased by the head, offering flexibility for your breeding program. Whether you're focused on genetic improvement or expanding your herd, our recipient cow program provides the reliable foundation for success.


Programs We Offer

At Frontier Embryo Center, we offer premium recipient cow and calving services to help you achieve your herd’s genetic and production goals. Whether you’re looking for pregnant recipients, weaned calves, or 6-month-old calves, our team is committed to providing reliable, high-quality results.


    • Our 60-day pregnant recipients are high-quality, disease-screened females ready to integrate into your operation. These cows are carefully monitored throughout pregnancy to ensure they are healthy and carrying viable embryos.
      How to Book: Contact us to discuss your genetic goals and reserve your recipients. We’ll work with you to schedule delivery or pick-up once the cows have reached 60 days of confirmed pregnancy.

  • For producers focusing on calf development, we offer 6-month weaned calves bred from premium genetics. These calves are raised in optimal conditions to ensure strong, healthy animals with excellent potential for growth.
    How to Book: After selecting embryos or working with us on custom matings, our team will manage the process from implantation to weaning. We’ll provide regular updates and coordinate the transfer of calves when ready.

  • For flexibility in expanding your herd, we also offer freshly weaned calves. These calves are developed from our top-tier embryos, giving you access to exceptional genetics for herd improvement.
    How to Book: Simply select embryos from our inventory or your own collection, and we’ll handle implantation and calving, delivering the weaned calves to you at the ideal time.
