Owned and operated by Jonathan Dietrich and his family, the ranch has grown into a respected name in the cattle industry, specializing in Charolais cattle known for their outstanding growth rates, muscle structure, and overall performance.

Jonathan’s passion for agriculture began at a young age, nurtured by his parents and developed through his involvement in 4H and FFA. What started as a childhood interest has grown into a lifelong commitment to raising high-quality cattle and continuing the family legacy. Each generation of the Dietrich family has played a role in shaping Caprock Cattle Co., building it from the ground up with a focus on sustainable practices and superior genetics.
